$16 - $34.99 before taxes, shipping is $9.95   

$35 - $74.99 before taxes, shipping is $12.95 

$75 - $99.99 before taxes, shipping is $14.95     

$100- $124.99 before taxes, shipping is $17.95

$125 - $249.99 before taxes, shipping is $23.95  

$250 - $399.99 before taxes, shipping is $29.95  

$400 - $549.99 before taxes, shipping is $34.95  

$550 - $699.99 before taxes, shipping is $45.95  

$700 - $999.99 before taxes, shipping is $54.95
