Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Any personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

2. Timeframe:

  • You must initiate the return process within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Please note that any returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If one part of your order is incorrect or damaged but the rest of the order arrived as it should, we will cover the cost of return shipping of the damaged or incorrect item. Should you want to return the entire order, shipping will be customers responsibility. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s) or we are happy to send you a return shipping label and will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.

Refunds

1. Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.1.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

2. Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that the refund amount may exclude any initial shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If we send you a return label you are also responsible for that as well unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Those fees will be taken out of the refund amount.

  • The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
